  • one Opera® Max Red Bartlett pear
  • 45ml "Apple-pear" vodka
  • one half litre bottle of tonic water
  • one cucumber

Preparation

  • To serve this cocktail, you first need to prepare the “Apple-pear” vodka. This is made by steeping a pear and an apple in 75 cl of vodka for a week (on the final day, half a stick of cinnamon can be added, according to taste).
  • Fill the serving glass with ice, add a shot of vodka, fill to top with tonic water. Garnish with slices of pear and cucumber.
