- one Opera® Kaiser pear
- 40 ml aged rum
- 50 ml dairy-free whipping cream
- chocolate sprinkles

- Blend the pear, mix the juice with the cream, and whip. Place the whipped cream in a sac à poche (piping bag)*; fill a liqueur glass with rum, then pipe a curl of cream around the top of the glass, starting from the edges. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
